Work 1:1 with Erick to gain clarity and insight with Mindfulness training. Mindfulness Trainingwith Erick is based on the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction model made popular by Jon Kabat Zin.

Private mindfulness training can be scheduled at your home. Sessions are 45 minutes long.  Session packages are good for 90 days.
